THANKSGIVING- PART V
“….But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew”.-Exodus1:12
As a family of God’s Vineyard Ministries (GVM) collectively, we should give thanks to God for His presence with us in the outgoing year-2018. His abiding presence with us has made us to stand united more than ever before.
He has also made us stronger and mightier, and He has made us to grow and increase. The enemy came up against us as a Church; however, the Lord remained faithful to His Word.
“.. I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it…” Matthew 16:18
The Lord fought for His church against the enemy of His kingdom. He disappointed all the devices of the enemy, He did not allow their hands to perform their evil agenda. While the devil was raging; the Lord kept building us, our cup was overflowing with His blessings. God has been our strong tower, our rock, our fortress and our defence.
Upon the glory has been a defence. He the Lord has surrounded us as His Church, and His people; His glory has enveloped us.
“As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore.”- Psalm 125:2 (NIV)
We are grateful to Christ, the anointed One, for all the yokes He has destroyed, all the burdens He has removed through the power of His anointing upon us. He manifested himself; He lifted every evil embargo laid upon us, the siege laid against us was broken, and evil covenants were destroyed.
As the Captain over His host- God’s Vineyard Church, He has been leading us in a triumphant procession. All thanks be to the Lord our God.
The Lord has condemned every tongue that has risen against us in judgement. The accuser has been cast down, and cast out. He, the Lord, has established us; He has made us more than conquerors.
“Thanks be to God, who gives us this victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!”- 1 Corinthians 15:57
The Lord’s hands will remain strong upon us. We all will blossom and flourish, He has made room for us; we will be fruitful and prosper more and more!
Let us give thanks to the Lord for all His benefits towards us and rejoice in our God for He is good, for His mercies and faithfulness endures forever.
O give thanks unto the LORD; for He is good: for His mercy endureth forever.-Psalm 136:1
God Bless You!
